The board of directors of SCT-NL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The board members of SCT-NL subscribe to the goals of the foundation and volunteer their time, energy, knowledge and experience. They are members of SCTRI, participate in the AIG Training<\/a> or have completed them and are participating in a ongoing SCT group<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The board meets a minimum of six times a year, three of which are supervised by Dr. Susan Gantt, with the goal of developing the board and best aligning it with the standards, values and practices of Systems-Centered Training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Lotte Paans - Chairman<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Lotte Paans is a licensed Systems-Centered\u00ae practitioner, works as a trainer, supervisor, (team) coach and (relationship) therapist based on Systems Thinking and is a board member and co-founder of Stichting SCT-Nederland. She works from her own office and is trainer of several Dutch-speaking SCT ongoing groups.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/li>

    Suresh Rutten - Secretary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


    Suresh Rutten works as an interim manager in plants in the food and process industries. Since 2013, Suresh has been active with the SCT curricullum at home and abroad, and is currently a member of the Authority Issue Group. In addition to interim work, Suresh works as a coach with expertise in helping people and organizations focus on the goals of the context, and the corresponding goals of the roles.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/li>

    Berry Trip - Treasurer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Berry Trip has been working with groups since 1990. Specializing in self-directed interdisicplinary teams for clients with chronic complaints involving cognitive behavioral therapy and experiential work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As owner of TeamKunst he coaches couples, teams and groups on development issues. He is also a guest lecturer, trainer and expert in group dynamics at VanBinnen and the master in Area Transitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Cunera van Hal - Board Member <\/strong>

    Cunera van Hal is a certified SAVI\u00ae Trainer and works as an educator, trainer and (team) coach. She works from her own agency Q & Co and is affiliated with NSO-CNA Leadership Academy.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/li>

    Shanta Baan - Board Member <\/strong>

    Shanta Baan holds an SCT Project License and works with individuals and groups as a (team) coach and trainer. She has over 20 years of experience in body-mind training and leadership development. She works from her own practice and has been associated with the Integral Coaching Course as a trainer and supervisor since 2012.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/li>

    Peter Slenders - Board Member<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Peter Slenders has been studying and practicing SCT since 2010. He has extensive experience as a group practitioner and as a team member of self-organizing, interdisciplinary treatment teams in healthcare. He also worked as a manager in healthcare, where he supported teams in their development and collaboration. Systems thinking forms the basis of his work. As a trainer and (team) coach, he focuses on building cultures of ownership in (self-organizing) organizations. In addition, Peter is a couples therapist with his own practice.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n
