The statutes describe the objective, working method, board composition, decision-making and the powers and responsibilities of the board. A special feature of the bylaws is that the decision-making process is defined in a way that fits within the ideology of SCT. The board decides according to the consent principle: there is no one with an insurmountable objection; everyone \"can live\" with the decision. The moment there are differences within the board, the board uses the SCT technique \"Functional subgrouping.
