These are SCT training groups that exist and develop for many years. Participants commit each year. The ongoing groups meet nine times a year for a half-day session. The language of instruction is Dutch. Participants learn how to apply SCT to themselves, which contributes to personal development and understanding of group dynamics.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
