He has extensive experience as a group practitioner and as a team member of self-organizing, interdisciplinary treatment teams in healthcare. He also worked as a manager in healthcare, where he supported teams in their development and collaboration. Systems thinking forms the basis of his work. As a trainer and (team) coach, he focuses on building cultures of ownership in (self-organizing) organizations.
