These groups exist for many years and develop through the application of SCT. Participants commit themselves each year. The three Ongoing Groups organized by SCT-NL meet twice a year in Wageningen for a three-day meeting. The language of instruction is English. Participants learn how to apply SCT to themselves, contributing to personal development and understanding of group dynamics. The admission criteria for each group vary.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Ongoing Group 1<\/strong><br \/>led by Susan P.
