Erik Slotboom – Board member

Erik Slotboom works as a team coach, interim manager and organizational consultant. He has more than 15 years of experience in guiding teams through change, with a focus on agile and self-organizing teams. 
Erik discovered SCT in 2016 and was immediately fascinated by it. He participates in the SCT curriculum and gives an introduction training in SCT under a SCT Project License.
