The SCT training program.

The official SCT training program of the Systems-Centered Training and Research Institute (SCTRI) in the US is organized into successive levels of training. Each level involves theory, experiential learning, skills development and research.

The levels in the SCT training program

  1. Foundation training: learning SCT

At this level you will learn to master SCT methods and protocols and apply them to yourself.

  1. Intermediate training: applying SCT in your work with others

The focus at the Intermediate level is on applying the SCT methods and techniques in supervision of others. Participants at this level have supervision with an SCT licensed Practitioner. The curriculum trainings at this level are Intermediate Skills Training, Mentor Training and Authority Issue Group.

  1. Advanced training: integral application of theory, methods and techniques

At this level, the emphasis is on integrating SCT knowledge and experience. Criterion for participating in Advanced Training is that you have completed the Authority Issue Group. At this level, you may choose to work toward an SCT license.
