Berry Trip has been working with groups since 1990. Specializing in self-directed interdisicplinary teams for clients with chronic complaints involving cognitive behavioral therapy and experiential work. 

As owner of TeamKunst he coaches couples, teams and groups on development issues. He is also a guest lecturer, trainer and expert in group dynamics at VanBinnen and the master in Area Transitions.
