These are SCT training groups that exist and develop for many years. Participants commit each year. The ongoing groups meet nine times a year for a half-day session. The language of instruction is Dutch. Participants learn how to apply SCT to themselves, which contributes to personal development and understanding of group dynamics.

The SCT continuing groups I, II and III led by Susan Gant, Mike Maher and Ray Haddock take place 2x a year in Wageningen. For more information see here.

The SCT- ongoing group Amsterdam under the direction of Annick Nevejan consists of six full Fridays a year, starting Sept. 26, 2025 (see flyer)

Annick Nevejan also gives a Container Training In her SCT-going group. The container training is a step toward a systemic leadership role and requires Intermediate Skills level for participation. (see flyer) or go to https://www.nevejan.net
