Stichting SCT Nederland was founded on December 30, 2011 by people who actively share the passion for the ideas of and work with SCT. The statutes describe the objective, working method, board composition, decision-making and the powers and responsibilities of the board. A special feature of the bylaws is that the decision-making process is defined in a way that fits within the ideology of SCT. The board decides according to the consent principle: there is no one with an insurmountable objection; everyone "can live" with the decision. The moment there are differences within the board, the board uses the SCT technique "Functional subgrouping. With this, different views are examined and the board then makes a considered decision
