Shanta Baan – Board Member Shanta Baan holds an SCT Project License and works with individuals and groups as a (team) coach and trainer. She has over 20 years of experience in body-mind training and leadership development. She works from her own practice and has been affiliated with the Integral Coaching Training program as a trainer and supervisor since 2012.

Cunera van Hal – Board Member Cunera van Hal is a certified SAVI® Trainer and works as an educator, trainer, and (team) coach. She operates from her own agency, Q & Co, and is affiliated with NSO-CNA Leadership Academy.

Berry Trip – Treasurer Berry Trip has been working with groups since 1990. He specializes in self-directed interdisciplinary teams for clients with chronic complaints, using cognitive behavioral therapy and experiential methods. As the owner of TeamKunst, he guides couples, teams, and groups through development challenges. He also works as a guest lecturer, trainer, and expert in group dynamics at institutions such as VanBinnen and the master.

Lotte Paans - Chairwoman Lotte Paans is a licensed Systems-Centered® practitioner, working as a trainer, supervisor, (team) coach, and (relationship) therapist based on Systems Thinking, and is a board member and co-founder of the SCT-Netherlands Foundation. She works from her own agency and is a trainer for various Dutch-language SCT ongoing groups.
