Purpose SCT-Netherlands: from the Bylaws, Article 2:

  1. The purpose of the foundation is to:
    • Systems-Centered® Training to be developed in the Netherlands
    • The performance of all further actions, which are related to the above in the broadest sense or may be conducive to it.
  2. The foundation seeks to achieve its purpose by, among other things - providing a platform for:
    • Systems Centered training;
    • Systems Centered collaboration;
    • Systems Centered exchange;
    • Systems Centered promotion;
    • Systems Centered professionalization;
  3. To conduct its activities in accordance with the basic values of Systems Centered Training and Research Institute, hereinafter referred to as: SCTRI, a copy of which is attached to the Regulations referred to below in Article 10.


What data do we process and why?

We make every effort to handle your personal data confidentially both off- and online. Therefore, we adhere to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). An explanation of these requirements can be found in this document.

In our processing, we adhere to the requirements of the AVG. This means, among other things:

 1.2 Participation in Continuing groups, trainings and workshops

You can leave your data for participation in the ongoing groups, trainings or workshops. When you leave data on our website, by mail, telephone or via the registration form you are actively providing personal data.

This personal data will be used by us to inform you about the services as indicated at the time of registration. In addition, you give us permission to send you specific information in the future about "ongoing groups" in which you participate.

What information do we use for that purpose?
For your participation in ongoing groups, trainings or workshops, we process the following information for your disenrollment or registration: your name, (business) address, e-mail address, phone number, cell phone number, attendance, any payment arrangements. In addition, during your registration or participation in services, we may also ask you to provide other information, such as experience with SCT or dietary requirements.

1.3 Sending newsletters

If you are or have been a participant in one of our activities we will maintain contact and inform you through newsletters, if desired.

What information do we use for that purpose?
To send you newsletters, we process personal data such as your name, (business) address, e-mail address.

  1.4 Distribute evaluation forms

What does this goal entail?
Developing and optimizing the offerings of SCT-NL.
When you are (or have been) a participant, we use evaluation forms to reflect on our activities and their development. We may also contact you by phone or e-mail in response to your completed evaluation form, if you give us your permission to do so on the evaluation form.

What information do we use for that purpose?
To send you evaluation forms, we process personal data such as your name, (business) address, e-mail address.

 1.5 Data analysis

What does this goal entail?
When you use our website, we collect technical information about your online behavior (which pages you visit). This information is used to improve our services and our website.

What information do we use for that purpose?
We collect information such as:

  • Operating systems, this is how we know if we should set up our website primarily for people on mobile, tablet or desktop;
  • Websites are more beautiful/better visible in some Internet browsers than in others, which is why it is useful to know which Internet browser is used most often;
  • If we know which parts of our website are popular, we can make those pages easier to find;
  • Our website contains many articles and therefore we like to keep track of how long people stay on our pages and/or on our website. This information is collected using cookies and similar techniques.

1.6 Entering into, administering and performing your agreements with us.

What does this goal entail?
If you are or have been a participant we will use your personal data in our administration and send you an invoice.

What information do we use for that purpose?
To send you invoices, we process personal data such as your name, (business) address, e-mail address.

2. Provision of personal data to third parties

 We engage third parties (such as caterers, trainers and workshop leaders) to perform our activities. If your data is processed in the performance of the relevant services and business activities, we take the required contractual, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data is only processed to the extent necessary within the framework. For example, a list of participants for the trainers. In any case, these third parties will only process your data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. We conclude a processing agreement with those parties for this purpose.

3. Security and retention period of your data

We do not retain the personal data described above longer than permitted by law.
If you participate in ongoing groups, trainings or workshops, contact data will be stored for a period of seven years. This is in connection with the directive within the legislation to keep financial data. When the period of seven years has expired and there is no longer an ongoing (customer) relationship, we remove the personal data from our database.

We process your personal data in a separate database and the data is kept only there. Only board members and secretariat as processors have access.

4. Third party websites

Our website contains links to other websites. This privacy statement does not apply to those websites.

5. Correcting or deleting your data

Would you like to view your personal data? Then we ask you to specify this request as much as possible so that we can provide you with the best possible service. If the information turns out to be inaccurate or its storage contravenes applicable laws and regulations, we will correct or delete your data. We may refuse requests if they are unreasonable or would jeopardize the privacy of others.

6. Consequences of not providing the personal data

The provision of personal data is a necessary condition for the performance of an agreement with SCT-NL. Personal data is required for the provision of services of SCT-NL. You are obliged to provide the required personal data if you wish to use services of SCT-NL.
Failure to provide the required information will result in your inability to register for and participate in an ongoing group, workshop or training.

7. Right to complain to the Personal Data Authority.

Do you have a complaint about the use of your personal data? For example, because you think that SCT-NL is not handling your personal data carefully? Or because you have requested access to or correction of your personal data, but are not satisfied with the response?
