  • Susan Gantt - USA

    Susan P. Gantt, Phd, CGP, ABPP, is the director of SCTRI (Systems- Centered Training and Research Institute) and a licensed Systems-Centered® practitioner. A psychologist, she has her own practice in Atlanta and is professor emeritus on the psychiatry faculty at Emory University School of Medicine.

    In the Netherlands, Susan Gantt supervises a Continuing Group (1) and is a consultant to the SCT-NL board. She is also a trainer of stand-alone workshops organized by SCT-NL

  • Mike Maher - UK

    Mike Maher is Associate Director of SCTRI and a licensed Systems-Centered® practitioner. He works from his own office in the UK as a trainer, coach and consultant. He uses a Systems-Centered approach in his work.

    In the Netherlands, Mike Maher is trainer of the Doorgaande Groep (2).

  • Lotte Paans - EN

    Lotte Paans is a licensed Systems-Centered® practitioner, works as a trainer, supervisor, (team) coach and therapist from Systems Thinking and is board member and co-founder of Stichting SCT-Nederland. She works from her own office and is trainer of several Dutch speaking SCT ongoing groups.

  • Ray Haddock - UK

    Ray Haddock became a licensed SCT® practitioner in 2009 and has led SCT training for 15 years including pioneering ongoing SCT training groups in Stockholm, London and York. He also leads the annual SCT Intermediate Skills training in York and co leads the SCT Authority Issue group in the USA with Susan Gantt. In his practice as a Medical psychotherapist in Sheffield (UK) he uses SCT to inform training and clinical work and in previous management roles to develop team working and services.

  • Peter Kunneman - EN

    Peter works from Licht op de Zaak as a (team) coach in companies and with governments based on the Systems-Centered® method (SCT®).

    In addition, Peter is a partner at Energized.org where, along with Energized's coaches, he coaches teams (also based on SCT) with a Holacracy operating model.

    Peter is co-founder and past president (2011-2018) of SCT-Netherlands Foundation.

  • Hella Ritz - EN

    Hella Ritz is a licensed Systems-Centered® practitioner and certified SAVI® trainer.

    Hella works from Licht op de Zaak as a (team) coach and SAVI® trainer in organizations. Sustainable development of teams and individuals by teaching systemic methods and techniques, and effective communicationva are her passion and strength.

    Hella is a former board member and co-founder of Stichting SCT-Nederland.

  • Annick Nevejan - EN

    Annick Nevejan, MSc, MA, is a licensed SCT practitioner, working as an integral coach, trainer and (relationship) therapist from her office in Amsterdam. Her work is based on an integration of Buddhism, Western psychology, neurobiology and systems thinking. She is lead teacher and supervisor in mindfulness & compassion for the Mindfulness Association (UK/EU). She regularly conducts SCT trainings and workshops in Amsterdam. Annick is co-founder and former board member (2011-2022) of Stichting SCT-Nederland.

  • Patricia Aerts - EN

    Patricia is a licensed Systems Centered® Practitioner and as a team and organizational coach, leadership trainer and individual coach/mentor, works with SCT® to build strong systems that bring joy and results. She does this from TopTeamWerk and co-owns it. She is also a Co-Trainer in various SCT® trainings in the UK and USA. From 2017-2020 she was a board member for SCT NL and currently Co-Director of the SCT Organizational Development Conference.
